Refund Policy

At Sahakari Residency, we are committed to providing our guests with a pleasant and hassle-free experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation. Our refund policy is designed to offer flexibility and transparency while ensuring fairness for all parties involved. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Cancellation Policy

Standard Reservations: If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the check-in date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a one-night stay charge.
Non-Refundable Rates: Reservations booked under non-refundable rates are not eligible for a refund. This includes special promotions and discounted rates explicitly stated as non-refundable at the time of booking.

2. Early Departure

If you decide to check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for the nights you stayed plus one additional night. Any remaining prepaid amount will be refunded, minus the early departure fee.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not check in on the scheduled arrival date and fail to inform us, your reservation will be considered a no-show. In this case, you will be charged for the first night of your stay, and the remaining nights of the reservation will be canceled without a refund.

4. Modifications to Reservations

Standard Reservations: You may modify your reservation dates subject to availability. If the new dates fall within a higher rate period, you will be required to pay the difference. No additional fee will be charged for modifications made at least 48 hours before the original check-in date.
– Non-Refundable Rates:

Modifications to reservations booked under non-refundable rates are not permitted. Any changes will be treated as a cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Process

– Payment Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. If the payment was made via credit card, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 5 business days from the date of cancellation or early departure. We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.

6. Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected events can occur. In cases of severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from staying with us, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case individually and may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.
